The RCN Executive Nurse Network are hosting a conference aimed at Nurse leaders working across the health and social care sectors; Executive Nurses, Nurse Directors, Deputies, Regional Nurse and Area Nurse Leaders.

The event will give a non NHS perspective on leadership, resilience, emotional intelligence, compassion and excelling in conquering challenges. Speakers will provide a new and invigorating approach to feed the conscience and imagination of those in challenging roles.
